Villa Dzir is a newly built contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in the hillside of Colombier. It is a short drive from the famous bakery “La Petite Colombe”, close to Gustavia and St Jean.
The spacious living area offers comfortable seating. It could be separated from the kitchen by a large wooden panel, or wide open to make a great living space. A large dining table is next to the kitchen, under a shaded area.
The heated pool is facing the ocean and Gustavia harbour.
All bedrooms, equals in size, offer the same view and feature king size bed, TV, large dressing and ensuite bathroom with double sink and shower. The three bedrooms open onto a private terrace.
Villa Dzir also offers a fitness area at a lower level.
Villa Dzir is perfect for a group of friends who wish to enjoy relaxing moments in the villa and be close to all activities and entertainement.

Rates are per week in USD. 10% service charge and 5% local tax are not included. Minimum stay is 7 nights, shorter stays are on request. Festive period (Christmas and New Year) requires 10-14 nights minimum.
